| JAMS Neutral John Wilkinson Named Co-Chair of New York State Bar Association’s Inaugural Mediation Committee
John Wilkinson, Esq., a mediator and arbitrator with JAMS, the nation’s largest private provider of ADR services, has been named a Co-Chair of the Mediation Committee within the New York State Bar Association’s Section on Dispute Resolution. The NYSBA’s Section on Dispute Resolution was recently created in response to the rapidly expanding use of ADR services to resolve civil disputes.

Diversity and Equity Award Established in Honor of JAMS Neutral Marvin Johnson
The Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) has established the Marvin E. Johnson Diversity and Equity Award, named in honor of Marvin E. Johnson, Esq., a mediator, arbitrator, and trainer with JAMS, the nation’s largest private provider of ADR services. The award was created to recognize Mr. Johnson as a champion of diversity and equity within both the ACR, and its predecessor, the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution, and throughout the dispute resolution field.
