Kimberly Taylor, Esq.
Vice President-East/Central and Associate General Counsel

As a key contributor to the East/Central Region’s impressive expansion efforts, Kimberly Taylor is responsible for panelist recruiting, business development, strategic planning and daily management of resolution centers in the region. In addition to her role as Vice President of the East/Central Region, Taylor is also JAMS Associate General Counsel.

Taylor joined JAMS in 1999 as Business Manager of the Ventura Resolution Center. Prior to taking on the role of Vice President, Taylor served as General Manager in Los Angeles and then New York, where she played an instrumental role in upgrading client service standards, improving morale and developing effective processes for case management. An expert on arbitration processes, she continues to help with developing and conducting training of staff and neutrals in arbitration matters, and she serves on the JAMS National Arbitration Committee.

Taylor earned her J.D. from Ventura College of Law, where she later served as an adjunct professor. Before joining JAMS she practiced law in Ventura County, California. She is a member of the California State Bar.
